Terms of Service

community.io provides an AI-powered community monitoring and reply drafting service. You retain full control over all replies sent through the platform. Every reply requires your approval before posting unless you explicitly enable auto-publish above a confidence threshold.

You retain all rights to your writing samples, voice model data, conversation history, and any content you input into the service. We use your content solely to provide and improve the service for you.

You agree not to use the service for spam, harassment, impersonation, or any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the content of replies sent through your account. Community monitoring respects platform terms of service and rate limits.

You can cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, monitoring and draft generation stop immediately. You retain access to your data until the end of your billing period. Voice model and conversation history are available for export for 30 days after cancellation.

community.io is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to community platform actions (bans, content removal) resulting from replies approved through the platform.
