Privacy Policy

We collect only what's needed to provide the service: your name, email, product information, and the writing samples you provide for voice training. We also collect community conversation data relevant to your product categories.

Your voice model is built exclusively from your writing and your edit history. It is never shared with other customers, used to train models for other purposes, or accessible outside your account. You can delete it at any time by deleting your account.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure. Conversation history and revenue tracking data are retained for the life of your account plus 30 days after cancellation.

We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the service (cloud hosting, email delivery) or as required by law.

You can export your conversation history, revenue data, and voice model at any time. We provide CSV export for structured data. Contact us at hello@community.io for a full data export request.
